A sausage-like roll made of minced pork and vegetables, seasoned with 5-spice powder (hence the name Ngo Hiong in Chinese). Wrapped with bean curd skin, then deep fried.

Unlike the kikiam sold as street food, this one is very meaty and is great with rice!
